Will the formula make the specified finished product?
After cooperation begins, we use the agreed formula and trials to examine the actual product indicators, then discuss any required adjustment.
OEM manufacturing · formula review · buyer documentation
Your pet food formula has to work in the finished product, and the paperwork has to match the project. Pet Secret helps OEM buyers review trial results, agree on changes before production and prepare manufacturing information for import applications.
Detailed formula and finished-product validation begins after cooperation is confirmed, because it requires trial materials, technical time and product testing.

The buyer's practical questions
A formula on paper, a finished sample and an import application can raise different questions. Our team links these decisions to the agreed product and destination market.
After cooperation begins, we use the agreed formula and trials to examine the actual product indicators, then discuss any required adjustment.
Technical staff set and monitor the relevant production parameters for the approved process and inspect the line during manufacturing.
We coordinate manufacturing and technical information available for the specific product and the buyer's stated import requirements.
From agreement to production
A substantive validation project starts once the cooperation scope is agreed. The sequence keeps formula decisions tied to measured results and buyer approval.
Confirm product type, target market, formula ownership, packaging and the proposed specification.
Agree on the project scope before committing trial materials, technical staff and testing resources.
Produce samples or trial batches as appropriate and review the formed product against agreed targets.
Check the product against the applicable Chinese requirements and destination-market criteria identified for the project, including relevant EU or US requirements where needed.
Explain a proposed formula, ingredient or process revision and obtain the buyer's approval.
Proceed with the agreed specification, production settings, inspection and batch records.
Real OEM project · formula review
In one beef-and-chicken product project, our trial review identified a fat result below the nutritional benchmark being used for that product and an ingredient that needed revision. The formula had been supplied by another manufacturer.
Our technical team proposed changes, explained them to the buyer and obtained approval before proceeding. This is why the finished product and its intended market must be checked as part of the OEM project.
Client identity and proprietary formula details are withheld. The case describes a pre-production intervention; it is not a promise that every formula will pass every market's requirements.

Process control · factory inspection
For enzymatic processing, our team uses a Siemens S7-400 based control system to execute the designed process. On our configured enzymatic processing line, we control process time with millisecond-level precision and temperature with 0.01°C precision.
Our operators also inspect the production line. We check each OEM project against its agreed process and finished-product criteria; the applicable tolerances and supporting records can be reviewed for a specific order.

Tell us the destination country, product and document list early. We check which manufacturing records and technical details we can prepare for your specific order.
Agreed product specification and manufacturing technical information where available and relevant to the application.
Available production details and traceability information linked to the product and order.
Product-specific inspection or test information supported by the current documents and agreed testing scope.
Clarify the importer's requested format and deadline, then confirm feasibility with the technical and documentation teams.
Document availability, wording, issuing body and lead time depend on the product, importing country and current records. The importer remains responsible for confirming local filing requirements.
A New Zealand buyer requested a production technical parameter sheet when manufacturing was nearly complete. Our technical team coordinated overnight and supplied the document by the following afternoon, in time for the customer's stated application deadline.

Buyer questions
Yes. We work with formulas developed by buyers or other suppliers. Once cooperation is confirmed, our technical team makes trial product, checks the finished-product indicators and reviews the ingredients against the agreed specification. If an adjustment is needed, we explain it and obtain your approval before production.
Detailed validation begins after we confirm cooperation and the project scope. We then allocate technical staff, materials and trial production resources, test the finished product and review the results with you before approving the production specification.
We check the agreed formula and ingredients, the trial product’s measured indicators, the production process and the requirements applicable to the destination market. We compare the results with the agreed specification, resolve discrepancies with you and release the approved version for production.
No. We explain the reason for a proposed change, show you the updated formula or process specification, and obtain your approval before using it for commercial production.
For each OEM project, we check the requirements that apply to the product and its stated destination. For EU or US projects, our technical team reviews the relevant standards when setting and verifying the product specification. We provide the corresponding product and manufacturing information for your importer’s filing.
Send us the destination country and the importer’s document list. We prepare the agreed product specification, production technical parameters, and relevant manufacturing, batch and quality records for your order. Our technical team coordinates the manufacturer information required for the application.
Yes. Send the document name, required format and submission deadline immediately. We prioritize the request with our technical team and work from the production records. For a New Zealand customer, we prepared a production technical parameter sheet overnight and delivered it by the following afternoon, meeting the customer’s filing deadline.
