Our company-operated pigeon and poultry farms, antibiotic-free breeding base and own meat meal production line support our ingredient supply chain. What pet food products can Pet Secret make?
Our OEM and ODM scope includes dry and wet dog and cat food. The exact formula, format and packaging depend on technical and production review.
How are the formula and package approved?
We review your target market, product brief and packaging needs, then confirm the sample, artwork and written specification before production. Custom packaging may have a separate supplier minimum and lead time.
Which export documents can you provide?
Document availability depends on the product, destination country and agreed order. Tell us the import market and required documents early so we can review them with the relevant teams. The importer should verify local registration, permit and labeling duties.
Can I request a sample?
Yes. Existing samples depend on stock. Custom samples may require development work, special materials and a fee. Contact us with the intended market and product brief.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
For dry pet food, the working starting point is 5 metric tons per SKU. For wet pet food other than lickable cat treats, the minimum order is 10,000 units per SKU. Lickable cat treats (cat sticks) start at 50,000 sticks per SKU. Lead time, packaging specifications and any project-specific exception are confirmed in the quotation.
